Dr Bart Callewaert is qualified in medicine, public health, social anthropology, process and project management and worked in international cooperation in 14 African countries. He knows how to trigger the local administration, experts and project targets. He provides services for the European union, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and emergency NGO. He has a very good knowledge of the administrative processes and IT applications of the European commission. In public health, he has mainly support health financing, drug supply and he has conducted a political dialogue in order to boost projects depending on the open opportunities. He is a leader in organisational and technological innovation. Actually he supports the change in IT tools in delegations of the European union

Dr Ali Ouattara is a public health experts. He has more then 30 years of experience in healt policy management in sub Saharan Africa (Comoros, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ile Maurice, Niger, Nigeria, DR Congo, Seychelles, Chad, Morocco). For 10 years, he has been team leader in projects funded by the European union and supported the result chain. He ensures administrative, technical and logistic coordination, procurement and human resources capacities taking into account gender aspects. He prepared tenders dossiers for building and equipment of health centres and hospitals and monitored execution. He also managed budget support and grants assigned to NGOs and research institutions

Maria Zongo is an expert in human resources management and communications. She holds a Master's degree from the UCL in Belgium and made on new forms of working. Her expertise covers recruitment, staff and payroll management in large and medium-sized companies, while taking into account local labour regulations. Native from Burkina Faso and multilingual, she also performs well in the logistical coordination of projects, including managing flights, accommodation and communication, while providing a pleasant welcome. She has a deep understanding of gender issues and is familiar with both European and African cultures, easily navigating between the different perspectives of the North and South.
